Gauri a Harijan by birth from small village and humble background symbolizing the spirit of New India. Gauri is in love with Raja who is of high caste from the same village who will not be acceptable to his family.
Raja befriends Bhola a wandering guitar player with mysterious background. Everyone accepts him because they love him.
Their village is ordered to be destroyed by King and his son Avinash. Bhola leads the villagers to request king to allow them to stay a little longer. When it was discovered that Bhola is the long lost son of the King and look-alike twin brother of his son Avinash he is murdered and injustice rules.
But a thrilling climax exposes the villains. What is more, it breaks the iron walls of caste and creed and unites the loving hearts when it seems impossible and all see a new dawn in which every soul’s pyaas / thirst for love and acceptance is fulfilled.
